Sexuality Education Advocacy Training 2009 Sermon

UUA President Rev. William Sinkford preaches at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Arlington, Virginia, on March 22, 2009, about the importance of comprehensive sexuality education. Rachel Howard and Ben Lighter, participants in the 2009 Sexuality Education Advocacy Training (SEAT), also deliver parts of the sermon.

SEAT 2009 was held in Washington, DC from March 21-24, 2009, and was co-sponsored by the Unitarian Universalist Association, the United Church of Christ, the Union for Reform Judaism, the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice, and Advocates for Youth.

Living Wage Sermon by Rev. William Sinkford

Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) President Rev. William Sinkford preaches at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Nashua, New Hampshire, on January, 25, 2009. Sinkford discusses the importance of implementing a national living wage. He also reflects on his visit to Washington, DC, to celebrate the inauguration of President Barack Obama, and on the legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
